Was impressed by this: http://www.archimede-uhren.de/US/Arcadia-Chrono.htm
Sure, a little bit of a rip off on the IWC Portuguese Chrono what with the subdial style, font on the makers, chapter ring, and pushers but I actually think it’s not too bad of a “inspired from” design as far as they go. Double AR coating, a nicely decorated elabore grade 7750 with the option for a skelotonized rotor, see through case back and the perfect watch size IMO 42mm x 13mm.
It almost looks like a 3717 Pilot Chrono and 3714 Portuguese Chrono got together and had a love child. Doesn’t it look like a Portuguese Chrono stuffed into a Pilot Chrono case?
If I didn’t already have an IWC Portuguese Chrono in black, I would pick up the black one. This one is a really decent price for how much watch you get.
